When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation name and the message you submit. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use this information to read and respond to enquiries, discuss potential services, maintain relevant correspondence and protect the website from spam or misuse. Our lawful basis for responding to ordinary business enquiries is generally legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, as appropriate.
How enquiries are handled
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by Netlify's form service and may be stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded by email to our existing business mailbox. Our business email is hosted by Namesco. These providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unsolicited marketing mailing lists.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, applicable legal requirements and legitimate record-keeping. Access is restricted to those who need it. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies in future, we will review consent requirements and update this notice before doing so.
Your rights
